Installation is FREE

At Callabyte, custom installation is FREE and no contract is required. Installation includes everything from the fiber line being trenched and buried to your home and necessary equipment to bring you fiber service for one internet connection and one phone install (if applicable). Plus, our technicians will be sure all devices are connected and working before they leave. Fiber extensions exceeding 500 feet from the main fiber line may be subject to additional fees. Callabyte will meet you at your location to provide a free, custom quote.

Callabyte has no data limits.

Callabyte internet packages have no data limits on our packages. Feel free to use the internet for whatever you need without the worry of restriction.

We don't throttle your speed!

Some companies claim to offer unlimited data, but once you hit a certain usage amount, they will drop your speed and create a very frustrating online experience. TV streaming, online gaming, and automated household devices all use a significant amount of data each month. Keep this in mind when shopping for a reliable provider. 

Callabyte provides the router for free.

The Callabyte Gigaspire routers provide wired and wireless access to the Internet for just about any device in your home (laptops, phones, tablets, smart TVs, gaming consoles, etc…) for FREE. Be sure to ask this question as some companies charge you up front for a router and/or charge a monthly fee to use or maintain the router. Callabyte provides the router for free and we maintain or replace it for free if needed, as long as any damage isn't outside normal wear and tear of the equipment. If you prefer to use your own router, that is an option as well.

Wi-Fi is also FREE!

Most folks' internet experience would not be too great without wireless access. Callabyte provides this for free. However, be sure to ask as some companies charge a monthly fee to have it available. Also, some larger homes may find the need for a wireless range extender to boost their wireless signal to any voids within their home. If this is the case, reach out and we can visit about our options to purchase or lease this equipment.
