ATTN Callabyte TV Subscribers:
As you likely know, we will be discontinuing TV service for all subscribers on February 19, 2025. The main factor in this decision is continued cost increases from TV networks and media conglomerates. This has made it continually difficult for us as a small provider to offer the quality of channels at affordable pricing that we have been able to offer.
Even as we prepare to exit the TV business, we are seeing increased pricing. Effective with the December 1, 2024 billing, all video packages will increase as shown below.

Please keep in mind we are here to help as you transition from Callabyte TV services. In-person training which reviewed the ins and outs of streaming TV is being held at our office. If you have not yet signed up or attended, the next available Streaming 101 session will be held on November 25 from 3-6 pm at our office, 1313 Cooperative Drive in Fulton. During the session we will review options with subscribers who may feel unsure about streaming and choosing a new TV platform to best suit your needs. How do I cancel my Callabyte TV Service?
Simply call our office during business hours 573-826-2371 (option 2) or email info@callabyte.com to request cancellation. No service call will be necessary, and you will not be required to return any TV equipment.
